Trộn đều 130g bột mì, 1 muỗng cà phê men nở rồi rây qua cho bột mịn.
Cho 125g bơ, 100g đường, đánh đến khi được hỗn hợp mịn thì cho trứng gà và vỏ chanh vào, trộn đều lên.
Từ từ cho chén bột vào hỗn hợp bơ trứng, trộn đều đến khi thấy bột khi thì cho 80ml sữa tươi, 1 muỗng cà phê bột quế vào, khuấy cho hỗn hợp sáng mịn. Phết đều 5g bơ lên khuôn rồi đổ hỗn hợp vào.
Đặt các miếng mận đã cắt lên trên bánh rồi cho vào lò nướng ở 200 độ C trong khoảng 25 phút.
